The Syllabus feature in EducoSoft is designed to give students easy access to key course materials, guidelines, and expectations. Here’s how it generally works:



  1. Accessing the Syllabus:
    • Students can navigate to the Syllabus section under Course Tools in their EducoSoft dashboard.
    • This section will list all syllabus-related documents, including the course syllabus, study guides, and any introductory materials.


  1. Viewing and Downloading Documents:
    • Each syllabus item includes options to either preview or download the document.
    • Preview: By clicking the magnifying glass icon, students can open the document within the platform and view its content without downloading it.
    • Download: The download icon allows students to save a copy of the document to their device for offline access.


  1. Additional Information:
    • Each document entry includes columns for the document title, description, author, passing score (if applicable), allowed attempts, end date, and result status.
    • End Date: This shows the last date the document is accessible, ensuring students review essential materials within the course timeline.
    • Passing Score and Attempts: If the syllabus includes quizzes this columns show the required passing score and number of attempts allowed.
    • Result: This displays the student’s status for any interactive items, such as syllabus quizzes, if applicable.

    • The documents available in this section often include key resources like a course overview, learning objectives, and important dates, helping students understand course requirements and stay organized.
