Educo is dedicated to helping instructors and students with online teaching and learning, and offers different support options. The following resources and support options will help you get started with EducoSoft and ensure that your experience on EducoSoft is pleasant and rewarding.

First, read the User Guides for student, instructor and campus coordinator. User guides contain step by step instructions for using different features of Educo Learning System.

Next, check out our FAQs to see the most common questions asked by users of Educo Learning System.

If the previous two steps do not help you to solve your problem, you can fill out a Support Request and send it to Educo.

Finally, if the previous steps do not help you to solve your problem, or you need immediate help, you can call our customer support associate during business hours.

Connection speed

EducoSoft requires an Internet connection with a minimum connection speed of 56 kbps (kilobits per second) but high speed connections (such as DSL, Broadband or T1) is highly recommended

Pop Up Blocker

You must disable your pop-up blocker when using EducoSoft or allow pop-ups for domain educosoft.com.


Browser settings: Cookies and Javascript options

EducoSoft uses both cookies and JavaScript technology. Both of these features must be turned on in your browser, and are usually turned on by default. See your browser Help for instructions on how to view or change these browser options.

Additional software

To view flash content and math symbols, you will need to download and install additional software.   If the software is not installed on your system, then you will be prompted for this when you login on Educo.

The most recent releases of FireFox  already contain largely complete MathML support so with the most recent releases it is safe to defer this installation until (and if) display problems are encountered.
