Response Sheet Overview
The Response Sheets in EducoSoft contain questions that are based on the syllabus. These sheets can be attached to a syllabus with the option to force students to follow a specific sequence. This means that students must first view the syllabus, then complete the response sheet before they can proceed further in the course. This feature ensures that students engage with critical course materials before moving on to other tasks or assignments.
Key Features of the Response Sheet Tab:

- Add New Response Sheet:
- Name Field: A text input field where the instructor can specify the name of the response sheet.
- Maximum Attempts:
- Instructors can specify how many attempts a student is allowed to make for the response sheet. There is a dedicated field for entering the number of attempts.
- Make Passing Score Mandatory: There’s an optional checkbox that, when selected, ensures that students must achieve a passing score to complete the response sheet.
End Date:
- A date picker is available for setting the final submission date for the response sheet, after which students will no longer be able to attempt it.
Create Button:
- Once the required fields are filled out, clicking the "Create" button and add Multiple choice questions and save and publish the response sheet, making it available to students.
