Options Available:

1. Term Type:
• A dropdown menu to select between different term types, such as Standard, Lab, or Developmental. This allows filtering by specific academic periods or term classifications.
2. Select Term:
• Users can choose a particular term. This helps in sending emails relevant to specific semesters or course periods.
3. Select Section:
• This dropdown allows selecting a particular course section. This ensures messages are directed to students from relevant courses or sections.
4. Find Students Based on:
• Two filtering options:
• Overall Score: Email students based on their total performance across assessments.
• By Assessment: Narrow down recipients based on performance in individual assessments.
5. Score Filters:
• There’s an option to specify a score range, such as <= X%, for refined targeting. This helps email students with specific performance thresholds (like those struggling or excelling).
6. Search Button:
• Once the criteria are set, users can click Search to generate the list of students meeting the specified conditions.
