File Upload Overview


The Upload feature in EducoSoft is a storage solution for backing up important course-related documents and allows students to share these stored files via email. 


  1. File Upload Interface:
    • Students can access the file upload section, which includes an option to choose the file they want to upload.
  2. Upload Process:
    • Choose File: A button to browse files on the student’s device allows them to select the documents they wish to upload.
    • Upload Button: Students click the "Upload" button after selecting the file to initiate uploading.
  3. File Management:
    • Once uploaded, the file appears in a list format, showing details such as: 
      • File Name: The name of the uploaded file.
      • Sent On: The date when the file was uploaded.
      • Email as Attachment: Students can email the uploaded file as an attachment directly from the system, facilitating easy sharing with classmates or instructors.
  4. Additional Options:
    • Delete Option: Students can delete previously uploaded files if they need to replace or discard them.
    • Items Per Page: Students can adjust how many items are displayed per page for easier navigation.


Overall, this feature provides a central storage solution for important documents and enhances collaboration by allowing students to share their files conveniently through email.
