Survey Overview


The EducoSoft survey feature is a valuable tool for collecting student insights, identifying areas for improvement, and enhancing the overall learning experience within the LMS.


Here’s a general overview of how it works:

  1. Accessing the Survey:
    • Students can access surveys through the Survey section on the menu item.
    • A list of available surveys, including the survey title, start and end dates, and the number of respondents.
    • To start a survey, students click on a "Take" or similar link next to the survey.


  1. Completing the Survey:
    • The survey typically appears as a form with a mix of question types, such as multiple-choice, rating scales (e.g., strongly agree to strongly disagree), and open-ended questions.
    • Questions might cover topics like the ease of using the platform, the quality of the learning experience, satisfaction with course content, or suggestions for improvement.
    • Some questions may offer an optional comment box for students to elaborate on their responses.


  1. Submitting Feedback:
    • Once all questions are answered, students can submit their feedback by selecting a "Submit" or "Done" button. They may also have the option to cancel and exit the survey without submitting it.
